Supportal
About
Supportal was a CRM designed to manage everything related to PropertyFile.
There were 2 main ideas behind this tool: the first was a tool designed for Support staff to easily manage every PropertyFile account, the problem we were solving is that PropertyFile was used by a lot of agents and in order to support these agents our Support staff couldn't easily access their information, by having Supportal this could be achieved with just a few clicks.
The second is that agents that used PropertyFile could access this CRM to manage and configure everything related to their account including upgrade to a different plan, activate or deactivate certain features, generate reports, configuring certain messages and even a dashboard overview of their PropertyFile is performing.
Role
My role was of a UX/UI designer and I worked with different product managers and designers to bring this concept to life. I also helped some of the Front end developers with polishing the final HTML&SCSS so that the coded version looked as perfect as the designs.
- Work in a multidisciplinary team (with developers, product managers and other designers)
- Articulate design decisions and idea generation to influence a range of stakeholders
- Distil complex product challenges into workable solutions
- Create prototypes using design software (Sketch, Invision)
