Plentific is one of the fastest-growing property technology companies in the UK and Germany, with offices in Turkey and the US. It helps property managers to manage a big portfolio of properties and repairs with a dedicated marketplace.
Plentific empowers landlords and property managers to deliver repairs, compliance, voids and resident services through a simple work order management platform and a network of trade professionals.

Role

My role was of a Senior Product Designer and I worked with different product managers and designers to move projects from concepts to highly advanced prototypes that showcase different user stories, scenarios, interfaces, complex flows and edge cases. I also, helped at various stages of the development cycle to ensure that what is built is looking and performing at its best.

• Work in a multidisciplinary team (with developers, product managers and other designers)
• Articulate design decisions to influence a range of stakeholders
• Distil complex product challenges into workable solutions
• Create prototypes using design software (Sketch, Invision)
• Strong visual design skills, and able to create and work with design systems (components and patterns)

Achievements

• Collaborated with the design team in building Plentific's design system and component library
• Redesigned the platform navigation to be more intuitive and accessible
• Worked on a multitude of different projects including the design of a mobile app and quite complex user experiences with complicated flows and edge cases
