About
The Give Feedback Tool is a tool that allows buyers to give feedback or make an offer on a property they've just viewed. It's related to the Buyer area in PropertyFile. This tool automates the action of requesting feedback every time a viewing happens. We give the buyer the option to make an offer on the property, by doing this it distinguishes people that are interested in going forwards with the purchase or not without the need for a phone call or email.
Role
- Work in a multidisciplinary team (with developers, product managers and other designers)
- End-to-end from the initial wireframing through to a high-fidelity interface design.
- Create prototypes using design software (Sketch, Invision)
- Proposed and created new ideas to solve user and business problems
